People are an essential part of our story. Most of our bakehouse team have been with us for years, many of them joined Fournil to forge their own new beginnings in Australia. Their vitality is a significant part of the reason we are still here after 21 years.
Our team continue to apply techniques learnt a century ago. We all continue to follow the Fournil tradition of combining hard work with life’s pleasures.
